Designed to celebrate the hard work and dedication of Dale Farm employees over the past year, this celebration event is a thank-you in its truest sense — a chance to pause, come together, and enjoy a memorable experience beyond the day to day.
Since 2022 our role has spanned the entire event lifecycle. We craft creative design and venue styling concepts in retreat style locations – bringing each year’s theme to life. Locations such as The Ivory Pavilion, Galgorm Castle and Ballyscullion Park, Magherafelt – we delivered anything from circus themed carnivals to a full-on hoe-down rodeo experience. We always ensure the atmosphere feels relaxed, inclusive, and reflective of the company’s values and diverse workforce.
Not only impacted by the success of the event, Let’s Get Together has helped shine a light on the positive, people-first culture at Dale Farm. The vibrant content shared across their social platforms reinforces what it’s like to be part of the team — a workplace that values, appreciates, and celebrates its people.
