FG Wilson is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of diesel generators. Morrow Communications provided a broadly-based marketing support function to this client to support its marketing and sales efforts across the world for a number of years. We delivered a range of activities including digital and online marketing, design services, event management support and video production.
Our team developed and delivered digital content and a programme of targeted online advertising and promoted social content for the FG Wilson brand, as well as up-skilled dealers around the world in the tactical use of social media platforms to promote and market the FG Wilson range of generators. We also supported the client on a number of events including its plans to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the FG Wilson brand during 2016, with a particular focus on the company, its products and its people.
Our video production team were also busy delivering animations and video content to help tell FG Wilson product stories These included its larger scale generator deployments projects in large scale data centres as well as its custom product centre work, which delivered mission critical reliable performance in very demanding environments, that may be subject to extreme heat or cold, submerged periodically, or blasted by sand. These films highlighted the scrupulous attention to design detail that goes in to each custom generator unit and clearly portrayed the personalised nature of the service the company provided.
