From taking climate change action to reducing food waste, monitoring water quality and green public procurement principles – our events team have supported the Environmental Protection Agency across a range of their national industry events since 2020. These topics are close to our hearts in Morrow Communications and this contract helps our team to keep ahead on issues and opportunities impacting communities and clients across the island of Ireland.
Through this ongoing contract, our events team have put into practice a comprehensive suite of event services to deliver seamless and professional business events for 100 – 500 strong audiences across a range of iconic venues in Dublin and beyond, including Aviva Stadium, Dublin Castle, Royal College of Physicians Ireland and Galway Bay Hotel. We have the pleasure of working with expert AV production technicians across the country to produce in person, hybrid and virtual studio events.
Our role starts with helping EPA’s programme managers to shape their annual content agendas – ensuring that sessions are balanced and allow time for audience engagement – often through Slido interactive technology and round table discussions. We prepare briefings for speakers and event hosts alike, dovetailing the technical choreography and screen visuals into a streamlined running order and show plan.
Our tried and tested attendee registration systems are put to good use in handling both free of charge and paid for tickets on EPA’s behalf, ensuring financial records are compliant and transparent.
Working with our creative services colleagues we take existing EPA brands or develop new creative for event promotion including designed ‘call to register’ emails, speaker spotlight social graphics and branded showcase materials and signage – all the while focussing on a sustainable and circular ethos to reuse, reduce or recycle resources. On site, our team oversee the end to end event experience – making life easy for participants and clients alike – knowing we have everything in hand.
