Live from the Limelight….AIB’s Your Home!
From housing demand to the cost-of-living crisis, it can be all the more difficult to understand the everchanging property market. Over the last number of years, Morrow Communications has worked together with longstanding client AIB to demystify the property and mortgage market and help buyers find their dream home.
In our latest campaign, AIB brought together a leading panel of property and industry experts to provide local first-time homebuyers with top tips, insights and guidance as they prepare to buy their first home.
In an unrecognisable Limelight, a talented team of legal, mortgage and estate agent specialists took to the main stage for an action-packed panel discussion in front of a live audience of budding first-time buyers. Hosted by Q Radio breakfast presenter Declan Wilson, AIB’s ‘Your Home’ event gave audience members the chance to ask their home-buying and mortgage questions, while enjoying refreshments from one of Northern Ireland’s most popular nightclubs. Guests also had the chance to pop ‘back-stage’ and visit AIB’s Homes team for one-on-one guidance in the AIB Mortgage Lounge.
Property panellists on the night included AIB Mortgage Advisor Julie McCullagh, Estate Agent Olga McAteer of McAteer Solutions, local blogger and recent first-time buyer Francesca McKee and Head of Property Law at McKee’s Solicitors Philip McBride. With their expect know-how across the whole property buying journey, our guests were in good hands!
Delivering a fully integrated campaign that including event, venue and speaker management, PR, digital marketing, design, media buying and influencer management, AIB’s Your Home event built on previous virtual, hybrid and roadshow campaigns and was a sold-out success! The Your Home campaign generated over 300,000 social media impressions as well as significant mortgage leads and brand awareness for AIB.
