Working with InterTradeIreland for a period of 15 consecutive years, our combined team of events, comms and creative experts has helped elevate the organisation’s corporate profile and programme success through delivering high impact events and PR across the island of Ireland.
Spearheaded by our events team, we have scoped new events from ideation to delivery; improved repeat audience experiences, brokered partnerships and connections – all whilst providing strategic guidance and logistical expertise ensuring the T’s are crossed I’s dotted.
One such project which we have lived and breathed several iterations of, is the All-Island Venture Capital Conference (VCC), taking place in Belfast and Dublin biannually, it has developed a longstanding reputation as the best event for the startup and investor community on the island for over 20 years. The Seedcorn Investor Awards a multi-layered project that we also managed for 15 years dovetails perfectly with the VC conference, as several alumni winners go on to be keynote speakers of the future!
For VCC, our role was to develop a practical yet complex event framework including main stage plenary, multiple parallel sessions, investor/start up meetings, networking opportunities and a pre-conference dinner. Each time we brought fresh thinking, innovation and on trend enhancements – including creative and cost-effective digital staging design, event app/self-check in badging, refillable water stations and a no plastic policy – all in keeping with our own ESG commitments.
This renowned project allowed us to offer a full suite of event related services including creative and sustainable venue design, extensive speaker briefing and curation of session content, scripting MC and guest moderators, technical production (live & virtual), interactive event systems, branding development, video production, static and motion asset creation for screen, signage, print and social media.
Through our involvement with the VC Conference and the Seedcorn Investor Readiness Awards, we have gained vital experience and knowledge of the professional services, investment and funding sector as well as meeting so many exciting and award-winning business founders.
