Sprucefield Shopping Centre, located off one of the busiest arterial roads in the country, is home to a number of favourite flagship stores.

From sensational food and fizz to high street heaven and from family care to taking care of furry friends – Sprucefield Shopping Centre offers more of what you want, in one location.  With extended opening hours and free parking its already very popular among shoppers from a wide catchment area.

From the beginning of our work with Sprucefield, we have focused on communicating the benefits of the centre as a destination alongside the great products on offer. Through creative and integrated  communications, we show how Sprucefield offers customers an experience they don’t get anywhere else. In other words – #TimeWellSpent

As well as ensuring PR activity is aligned with a strategy to increase footfall, we devise and execute events and campaigns which are tactical, customer focused and engage shoppers during key trading periods. We’ve helped shoppers ‘Sparkle Like Markle’ and led customers ‘down the garden path’, so to speak, when we transformed the centre’s outdoor piazza for summer. Over the course of the holidays the centre hosted a Father’s Day BBQ Academy and live outdoor music from some of Northern Ireland’s top artists. The garden came alive (literally) with a pop-up zoo and it even hosted a Back to School Personalisation Station, ensuring young people started the school term with oodles of cool.

A big part of our role for Sprucefield Shopping Centre is bringing the physical and the digital together. Morrow Communications manages their online channels including its website and social media. We make it our job to curate original photography and video content for the centre with regular features including Shoesday and Flat-Lay-FriYAY!

Integration is at the heart of our approach and our multi-layered communications programme is rooted in storytelling, pulsing through a crowded market place. We obsess about the customer’s experience to ensure Sprucefield’s physical and digital touchpoints work together flawlessly to tell its story.
