Food and Drink is fundamental to human life and survival – and at Morrow Communication’s events team we live and breathe agri-food sector events. Our longstanding client partnership with the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association (NIFDA), a client since 2011, reflects that passion.
As a voluntary, membership-based organisation, NIFDA’s ‘raison d’être’ is to ensure the voice of the NI food and drink sector is heard by government, industry and media. We support NIFDA across a range of engagement channels, including a series of industry events designed to spark discussion, celebrate achievements, and helping to nurture and equip the sector for the future.
Each year, Morrow gathers our best team together, mixing the right skills and expertise to deliver a multi-layered approach NIFDA’s calendar of annual and biennial events – namely the Annual Dinner, AGM, Conference and Industry Awards.
Naturally led by our events team, each NIFDA project kicks off with a strategic planning meeting to take account of previous successes and learnings, shape new angles or messaging and align on objectives for the present. From there, our team divides roles and timelines to ensure seamless delivery before deadlines.
Our deliverables for these important events covers our full gamut of event management – from developing fresh design concepts with hero imagery and sponsor logos across digital platforms (website, email, socials), to producing launch content, photography and news releases; hosting sponsor recognition events; venue planning and menu selections; managing AV and stage production; designing trophies; handling delegate bookings, invoicing and tickets; social media management; scripting comperes; building slide decks; preparing name badges; and tweaking table plans. We’re there from the first planning call to welcoming guests on the night – and capturing every moment on film.
NIFDA is a client and a sector that Morrow is proud to champion – year after year.
