Morrows Wrapped 2025
It’s almost a wrap on 2025 and as we approach the New Year, we’re pausing to reflect on some of our highlights – and what a journey it has been!
From kicking off our 40th anniversary to ‘doing the double’ by lifting both the PRCA and CIPR agency of the year titles, we have had a lot to celebrate. Here are some of our favourite moments over the past 12 months, what’s yours?
Scaling new heights
Four brave colleagues took to new heights at the start of the year in aid of our official charity partner, Cancer Fund for Children. This was the first of many incredible volunteering and fundraising activities we took part in over the year to help raise vital funds and awareness for the charity – a cause very close to our hearts.

Bringing geothermal to the big screen
We celebrated the culmination of two years’ work for the Department for the Economy with the screening of the GeoEnergy NI documentary, ‘Unearthing the heat beneath our feet’, with a special premiere at the Ulster Museum as part of the Northern Ireland Science Festival.
Scripted, storyboarded, filmed and produced by Morrow Communications, the short film follows local broadcaster and geology enthusiast Paulo Ross as he explores the potential and benefits of geothermal energy. Watch ‘Unearthing the heat beneath our feet’ online now.
Say cheese
In 2025 our creative content and social team got cheesy! We took over the social media management and content creation for Dromona. From perfecting the ultimate cheese pull to baking brilliance – our creative content team were busy styling, shooting and editing mouth-watering social content that drove engagement, boosted awareness and reached over 1million people per month.
A Platinum record
2025 was also the year Morrow Communications went Platinum. Not for our singing abilities but for our commitment to excellence! We were so proud to be awarded the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Platinum Standard as part of the Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation. This is an internationally recognised hallmark of excellence with Platinum status currently reserved for a handful of UK agencies who have held the PRCA quality accreditation for 20 years.
Pursuing a ‘Better ToMorrow’
To mark World Environment Day, we announced our target of becoming Northern Ireland’s first net zero communications consultancy. Partnering with energy accounting experts CarbonFit, our ambitious journey will see us achieve net zero across our operations by 2050 if not earlier.
We also launched our own sustainability storytelling hub, ‘A Better ToMorrow’, helping clients action the necessary change by pushing the boundaries of what environmental and behavioural change communications can do.

Where science meets art
We were delighted to sponsor and attend the HIRANI Heath Tech Conference in Titanic Belfast in April where we combined the science of behavioural change and the art of communication to deliver a masterclass on the power and importance of behavioural change comms to deliver change within the health and life sciences sector. Using examples from our previous support across other sectors we shared learnings on the barriers and opportunities to effect the necessary change society and individuals need.
Food for thought
It’s always a pleasure to work with the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association (NIFDA) – a long standing client of ours and a vital voice for one of NI’s most significant industries and this year saw us deliver its 29th annual AGM.
Our team provided PR, website and social media management, capturing key moments, highlighting important conversations and helping to share the story of an industry focused on growth, collaboration and sustainability.
An ‘eventful’ Spring and Summer

We had an action-packed spring and summer season delivering impactful events across the island of Ireland. This included the 43rd British-Irish Council Summit which took place at the Slieve Donard, the Forum on Food Waste with the EPA Ireland, and the Marine Agri-Climate Conference with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. Great people, big conversations and important topics – exactly why we love what we do.
Celebrating ‘Six-Cess’
The summer also saw us crowned the 2025/26 ‘Large Consultancy of the Year’ at the PRCA DARE Awards. We also picked up five category trophies recognising our outstanding client work including Best Business-to-Business Campaign, Best Public Sector Project, Best Digital and Social Media Campaign, Best Low Budget Campaign and the Diversity, Inclusion and Purpose Award.
Fabulous at 40!
For the past 40 years, Morrow Communications has worked on exceptional projects, delivered award-winning client campaigns, and had amazing fun along the way. To mark this milestone moment, we celebrated the people who make the magic happen, our wonderful team, with a birthday bash to remember at the office!

Belfast Tech Week 2025
Is AI helping or hurting your marketing? In September we took part in Belfast Tech Week, sharing our advice and insight on how to avoid the pitfalls of AI in marketing. Company Director, Jacinta Parkhill hosted a round table at Barcamp Belfast and explained the importance of spotlighting the power of authenticity and building an emotional connection with your audiences, while also embracing the benefits of using AI. Check out our blog for Jacinta’s key takeaways.
Lights, laughter and a lot of lattes!
Our content and production crew took over Queen’s Fresher’s Fair, filming, creating, and capturing all the campus buzz with comedian Aaron Butler while also unveiling the new Barista Bar mascot.
From vox pops to social snippets, our talented team brewed up student-led content, securing new followers and engagement. This is just one of the many content and creative campaigns our digital team delivered for clients across the year, for more highlights and behind the scenes, be sure to follow us on social media.
Building a global economy

Autumn brought with it the usual hustle and bustle of events season, but this year had the added excitement of Dublin playing host to the 28th TCI Global Conference. Focused on the theme of Building a Global Economy, it celebrated all-island collaboration, shared economic ambition, and global connectivity. Our team played an integral role bringing this flagship event to fruition, delivering all event management, design and production support. Events Director Jane Watson shares more in our latest blog and check out the fantastic video our production team created!
London’s calling

Doing what we do best, we provided Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council with fully integrated support to deliver the Invest Antrim Newtownabbey Showcase event at the House of Commons. The investment proposition in the region is very exciting, and it was a pleasure to work with the fab economic development team to spotlight this offering to investors.
The event hosted by the three local MPs in the area Robin Swann, Sammy Wilson and John Finucane was attended by over 120 investors, partners and stakeholders. The occasion comes at a pivotal moment with several transformative developments underway in the region, positioning Antrim Newtownabbey as a uniquely compelling investment location.
From all design creative and video production to the management of the event and communications support, we were proud to help spotlight the region to a wider audience.
Doing the double
The year was rounded off perfectly at the glitzy CIPR Northern Ireland Industry Awards (CIPR) where Morrows was crowned ‘Consultancy of the Year’. This followed our previous recognition as PRCA ‘Large Consultancy of the Year’ for 2025/26 presented in June.

As well as picking up the main award of the night, we were recognised across four other categories including Best Health and Wellbeing Campaign for the important ‘Power to Change’ campaign on behalf of PSNI and partners and Best Event/Event Activation for the ‘GeoEnergy NI: Unearthing the heat beneath our feet’ project on behalf of the Department for the Economy.
That’s a wrap!
