Joy Allen

Joy is a Chartered Director who has specialised in governance and board effectiveness since 2002.  She runs Leading Governance Ltd, delivering governance and leadership training and governance reviews for a range of clients.  After riding her Harley Davidson around Europe, Joy now takes it easy on Donegal beaches to re-charge her batteries between assignments.
