









In September 2009, the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) appointed Morrow Communications to promote its new management & leadership (M&L) skills development programme for three years.
Aimed at encouraging the NI SME sector to invest in its future leaders and managers, the brief was to show NI businesses that by adopting solid leadership and management practices it is possible to achieve far reaching business benefits e.g. increased productivity, better return on capital and robust growth – a key message in the current economic climate.
We created a tailored integrated communications strategy to proactively meet the needs of the client. This included brand creation and application – developed under the Made Not Born concept, promoting the fact that good leaders and managers are made not born. We then delivered a series of regional information events and masterclasses, identified and developed Made Not Born Champions and case studies, produced and managed of a range of online and social media resources and undertook a programme of media and stakeholder relations in support of the events and overall campaign programme.
