The Brief
In the current economic climate, businesses in Northern Ireland are encouraged to be more forward thinking and plan their online trading strategies to ensure that they get the best return from their marketing budget to successfully access global markets. Invest Northern Ireland tasked Morrow Communications in organising an Online Marketing Conference, bringing together a panel of Industry experts to give an insight into a range of cost effective internet tools and technologies to give Northern Irish companies a competitive online edge.
The Event
In order to make this event accessible to as many delegates as possible from across the Province, Morrows recommended that the event be held at the Hilton Templepatrick. We worked closely with Invest NI in creating the agenda, co-ordinating all arrangements for the national and international speakers including flights and logistical arrangements. We also managed the design and build of the conference set as well the audio visual, front of house, technical and stage management for the event including script writing for the conference host, James Kerr.
The Result
Interest for the event was overwhelming with all 320 places confirmed within a few days of the conference being announced. Morrows carefully managed the online registration process as well as an extensive waiting list of delegates to ensure full attendance on the day. Due to the popularity of the subject matter, we had advised that the event be filmed, which allowed highlights to be posted on the conference website enabling guests who could not attend to view the speaker presentations and also download the presentations following the event.
